Customer handling

In a call center, five important things which one has to remember during customer handling are taking ownership of the call, active listening, Tone of voice, showing empathy and tailoring the required information. There should not be any interruption convincing capacity etc are some of the important qualities which a call center agent should possess. These qualities would really provide good customer handling skills to the call center agent. Apart from all these the agent should make the customer feel that he has reached the right person
